The Faculty of Fine Arts at Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU) continues to engage with prospective students as part of the 2024 university preference period. Faculty representatives participated in the Eket Fair held in Istanbul on July 25, 26, and 27, providing information about the university’s departments. Programs within the faculty—particularly the Graphic Design Department—were introduced in terms of curriculum and hands-on course structure.
Faculty members at the fair answered students’ questions and shared detailed information about academic opportunities, internships, partnerships, and Erasmus+ exchange programs. The Graphic Design Department’s artistic and technical infrastructure, its project-based approach, and post-graduation career paths were also discussed.
Promotional efforts are also continuing at the IGU Kule building located in Avcılar. Prospective students have the opportunity to visit the campus, meet faculty members, and tour classrooms and studios. For those interested in the Graphic Design Department, sample projects and information about the production processes are presented to help them better understand the structure and educational approach of the program.
The Faculty of Fine Arts emphasizes the importance of providing accurate information during the preference period to help students make informed decisions. Faculty members highlight that getting to know departments firsthand before starting university is a valuable opportunity for candidates.
We warmly invite all prospective students who wish to learn more about our university and faculty to visit our campus. We would be delighted to welcome you and share information to support your academic and professional journey.
