The points to be considered about face-to-face internships at workplaces or institutions this year are as follows:
Fill in the internship application form in computer environment. Click here for the compulsory internship application form.
Complete the COMPANY APPROVAL and SIGNATURE in the application form.
Sign the STUDENT SIGNATURE on the application form. FORMS WITHOUT SIGNATURE WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
Scan the completed application form.
Send the application form by e-mail and use your university e-mail address with the extension xxxxxxxxx@ogr.gelisim.edu.tr starting with your student number.

Other important points to consider about internships are:
Students who have extended their education must pay the internship fee specified for the internship and send the receipt in the annex of the application form (Students who have completed the normal education period of 4 years for undergraduate students and 2 years for associate degree students are students who have extended their education).
Attention should be paid to the internship dates, and the internship start date must be applied at least 10 days before the start of the internship so that the internship insurance entry can be made (For example, the earliest internship start date of the internship applied on June 22, 2020 should be July 2, 2020).
Sundays should not be included in the internship.
In institutions where Saturday is not worked, Saturday should not be included in the internship.
In the form, “Does he/she have insurance at another institution?” The student must mark the part.
While determining the dates, official and religious holidays should be calculated by subtracting the number of internship days.
