Final and Make-up Exams:
Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU) 2019-2020 Spring Semester Final Exams will be held between 8-20 June 2020 and Make-Up Exams will be held between 29 June-4 July 2020.
Spring Semester Final and Make-up exams, single course and grade raising exams for graduate students are in the type of multiple choice exams and will be held online via LMS in a single session. Students who cannot use their right to take the exam for any reason will not be given a new right.
Final exam results will be announced on OBIS. Students must fulfill the obligations regarding the availability of OBIS in order to see their exam grades.
Applied Courses:
All applied courses and online exams, which have been postponed due to not being transferred to the Distance Education System, will be held between 1 June and 11 July 2020.
Courses will be completed interactively on PERCULUS PLUS on the day specified in the weekly curriculum.
Summer Education:
Summer Education will be held between 17 July and 4 September 2020 with Distance Education System.
Exams will be held online in a single session via LMS.
Students can take courses that are not offered during the Summer Education period from another university, with the approval of the department chair and the decision of the relevant administrative board, within the scope of the Summer Education Directive.
Mandatory Summer Internships:
Mandatory summer internships for senior students in graduation status will be held between 1 June and 11 July 2020 with Distance Education. These students are required to fill in the application form announced on the website and apply at https://oidb.gelisim.edu.tr/ between 18-30 May 2020.
Intermediate class students who have not graduated at the end of the Spring Semester of the 2019-2020 academic year and want to do their compulsory summer internship will be able to do their compulsory summer internship at the internship places they find between 22 June-25 September 2020, provided that they find an internship place.
