Students who could not take the midterm exams, which will be held on 19-27 November 2022, due to an excuse, can take the make-up exam, provided that they apply in accordance with the provisions of the relevant article of the IGU Associate and Undergraduate Education-Teaching and Examination Regulations below.
"Article 25: Students who cannot take the midterm exam due to their excuses apply to the relevant dean's/director's office with a petition within one week at the latest from the date their excuse ends, provided that they document their excuses. Students who are absent due to the excuse period are not entitled to make-up exams. Make-up exams are held on the dates specified in the academic calendar for students whose excuses are accepted by the relevant administrative board. There is no make-up exam for the final exams.
(5) The medical reports taken for the make-up exam due to health problems must be obtained from full-fledged state or university hospitals. After the report hour, the exams taken by the report student during the reporting period are cancelled. Exams taken before the report time will not be cancelled.”
Students who have made a DAP must apply to the GSF Dean's Office with a wet signature, by duly filling out the "Make-up Exam Application Form", when the exam coincides with the Major.
For the midterm make-up exam application, an application must be made to the GSF Secretariat (K Block 20th Floor) by filling out the attached form and with a wet signature.
Important note: It is mandatory to include the date, time, protocol number or barcode in the health reports received in accordance with the regulation.
