Students of Istanbul Gelisim University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts have met with Yaşar Holding Birleşik Pazarlama A.Ş and Pınar products Chef-Trainer Pastry expert Elif Çıtak in Sugar Paste Workshop.
The workshop was organized by Assistant Professor Dr. İsmail Hakkı Tekiner, Lecturer İbrahim Levent Demirçakmak and Lecturer Murat Mutlu Tokay, and Chef Elif Çıtak met with 2nd year students of Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts.
Chef Elif Çıtak has carried out theoretical and practical studies on the tools used in boutique pastry with the sugar paste which requires a specialization in the boutique pastry production recently.
