In the fall semester of the 2021-2022 academic year, positive developments and negative situations related to the teaching of the courses, the department works, and event planning were shared. Opinions were exchanged on what can be done to maintain positive developments and eliminate negative situations in the new period.
In the spring semester of the 2021-2022 academic year, spatial arrangements such as classrooms and studios, which are suitable for the teaching of the courses, were discussed. In the applied courses, evaluation criteria of projects and forming a jury in the evaluation of graduation projects were discussed.
It was decided to establish relations with external stakeholders to eliminate the problems experienced regarding the internship processes of the students. The topics of sharing the equipment available for use within the department with the students and supplying the missing equipment were discussed.
Ideas were exchanged on the contents of the projects and activities planned for the new period. It was decided to continue the Stars in Vision and Short And… series, which are active activities of the department. The first steps were taken toward social responsibility projects to be carried out within the department.
In the transition to the new term, it was decided to organize an orientation meeting where general information about courses, activities, projects, and internships would be shared with the students, and the meeting was planned.
The meeting, where the opinions of the academicians of the department about all processes were taken, ended with the distribution of tasks for the development of the topics discussed in the process.
