Istanbul Gelişim University’s Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design (English) held an important meeting on August 13, 2024, at 3:00 PM on the 14th floor. The main agenda of the meeting was the planning of events to be organized throughout the 2024-2025 academic year. Asst. Prof. İbrahim Erol, Lecturer Serenay İnceoğlu, Lecturer Cansu Sözer, and Research Assistant Tuğçe Öztürk attended the meeting and exchanged views on various topics.
The meeting detailed the events planned to support the artistic development of students. These planned events include art workshops, hands-on projects like color, map, and photography studies. It was also emphasized that these activities would strengthen the students' connections with the industry and prepare them for professional life.
Additionally, collaborations with external stakeholders, such as upcoming TÜBİTAK projects and visits to construction fairs, were also discussed. It was noted that such projects would enhance students' research skills and allow them to closely follow the latest developments in the industry. At the end of the meeting, it was decided to create a detailed work schedule to ensure the successful implementation of all planned activities.
