The faculty members of the Interior Architecture and Environmental Design (English) Department at Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU), Faculty of Fine Arts (FFA), have started planning the activities for the 2024-2025 academic year under the coordination of the Departmental Chair, Asst. Prof. İbrahim Erol. The planned activities include technical trips, talks, exhibitions, and social responsibility projects, with the aim of maintaining and enhancing collaboration between the industry and the university.
Departmental Chair Asst. Prof. İbrahim Erol made the following statement regarding the new academic year:
"As we enter the new academic term, we will be implementing significant innovations and developments within our department. We are updating our curriculum to better respond to the changing needs of our students. Additionally, we are developing various strategies to strengthen our academic research and projects at both national and international levels. During this period, we will organize numerous seminars, workshops, and technical trips to enhance our scientific contributions and expand our knowledge base. I believe that all these efforts will ensure a successful and productive term for both our students and faculty members. We hope to achieve great successes together in the new term."
