While emphasizing the need for state universities and foundation universities to create a common education model in graphic design education, Sezer expressed his ideas on the differences between designers who have been trained in universities and mock graphic designers and the importance of design education in this direction. Emphasizing the importance of the concept of simplicity in design education, Sezer underlined the necessity of Advertising Graphics course in addition to the courses such as Illustration, Original Printing and Graphic Design in the curriculum of Graphic Design departments. He stated that the advertising graphic course has a philosophical background and that it is essential in terms of nurturing teamwork and guiding design students in collective production.
Emphasizing that a graphic designer should be able to think multidimensionally and master other disciplines in order to get to know the target audience well, Sezer expressed his views on this subject by saying, "Every job has a philosophy, and a good designer should also have a good command of social sciences as well as anthropology and psychology." brought.
While pointing out that computer-aided design is indispensable in Graphic Design education, but the importance of hand drawing should always be kept on the agenda, Sezer stated that within the scope of the Graphic Design course, he wanted to see the logo and emblem design works of the students primarily hand-drawn.
