Assoc. Prof. Murat Doğan, one of the Vice Deans of the Faculty of Fine Arts (FFA) at Istanbul Gelişim University (İGU) and a faculty member of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, has achieved another success.
According to the data from Istanbul Gelişim University's Institutional Open Access Archive, Assoc. Prof. Murat Doğan from the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts ranked 3rd. In the list, Assoc. Prof. Festus Victor Bekun secured the first position with a total of 144 publications, while Assoc. Prof. Andrew Adewale Alola ranked 2nd with a total of 112 publications. Assoc. Prof. Murat Doğan is in the 3rd position with a total of 83 publications.
