Istanbul Gelisim University Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department students received training on "Knife and Knife Making" in the seminar held within the scope of the "Cooking Techniques" course.
Pirge, one of Turkey's leading brands, gave a two-hour seminar to Gastronomy students. Pirge General Manager Tankut Paçacı and Chef Sadık Doğan met with GSF Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, UBYO Gastronomy and Vocational School Cookery students at the event organized by Instructor İbrahim Levent Demirçakmak. During the seminar, valuable information was given on the types of knives, the techniques of using knives and the storage of knives.
