 IGU Res. Asst. Emel Çirişoğlu attended the panel “Turkish Cuisine 2.0”


Res. Asst. Emel Çirişoğlu from the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU) the Faculty of Fine Arts participated in the panel "Turkish Cuisine 2.0" organized within the scope of Restaurant Week.


The event, where the future of Turkish cuisine was discussed, was held in Feriye. "Is the Past the Future in Country Cuisine? Feeding the Future, 2.0 Farms in Turkish Cuisine, Street Foods from New Generation Chefs" were discussed in the panel where very valuable speakers were invited. Valuable names such as Ebru Baybara Demir, Hazer Amani, Haro Cümbüşyan, Şemsa Denizsel and Nilhan Aras were speakers in the event.
