Within the scope of the "Cooking Techniques" course, Istanbul Gelişim University Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department students held a workshop with Instructor Chef Erkan Kıyıcıoğlu.
At the event on seafood, "stuffed squid, octopus salad and shrimp wrapped in kadayıf" were made. At the end of the event, a short interview was held with the Chef. At the end of the event, which was open to everyone's participation, Lecturer Murat Mutlu Tokay presented a plaque of appreciation to Chef Erkan Kıyıcıoğlu.
