An interview titled "Innovative Trends in Gastronomy" was held at the conference hall of the Faculty of Fine Arts (GSF) of Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU) with Burak Zafer Sırmaçekici, the host of the Evim Restaurant Program, and Bengi Kurtcebe, the owner of Le Fırın.
In the talk, Pastry Artist Bengi Kurtcebe talked about the operation and production at Le Bakery, and his interest in pastry and answered the questions of students about pastry. Chef Burak Zafer Sırmaçekici shared with the students the years he devoted himself to cooking and cooking, and the memories of his internship at the 2-Michelin Starred Annisa restaurant in New York.
In the pleasant conversation, the students both had fun and learned about Kurtcebe and Sırmaçekici's culinary journeys. At the end of the conference, Istanbul Gelisim University Faculty of Fine Arts Inst. See. Burak Zafer Sırmaçekici and Bengi Kurtcebe were presented with plaques by Elif Z. Özer.
