The "Cooking Techniques" course was implemented with the students of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department of Istanbul Gelişim University (IGU) Fine Arts Faculty (GSF) and Koza Gıda, a well-known company in the industry.
In the event held with Chef Batu Anlı, students cooked dishes from world cuisines. Koza Gıda Company Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department students had fun moments.
