The 2nd Dicle Documentary and Short Film Festival is set to provide a significant platform for discovering new talents in the film industry and bringing the works of established artists to a wider audience.
Ahmet Bikiç, known for his dedication to art and cinema, will take on the role of Festival Director. This position will allow Bikiç to share his extensive experience and knowledge with a broader audience. His academic work at IGU, combined with his passion for cinema, makes him a perfect fit for this role.
