Students of Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts met with Chef Erkan Kıyıcıoğlu.
Within the scope of “Cooking Techniques” course, students of Istanbul Gelisim University, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts have carried out a workshop with Trainer Chef Erkan Kıyıcıoğlu.
“ Stuffed calamari, octopus salad and wrapped shrimp” applications were performed at the event which was on seafood. A short interview was held with the Chef at the end of event. Lecturer Murat Mutlu Tokay has presented a “thank you plaque” to Chef Erkan Kıyıcıoğlu.
