Istanbul Gelisim University GastroArt Club students visited Iznik Olive House in Çamdibi village of İznik, Bursa.
The students learned about olive and olive oil in Iznik Olive House which was established to produce pure, natural and healthiest of olive and olive oil, and then they participated in the olive harvest. After the harvest, the GastroArt club students have continued their tour through a gastro trip in Bursa and they have ended their visit by tasting the “Iskender Kebab” in a historical restaurant and finally discovering the taste of the local milk halva of Bursa. GastroArt Club Supervisor Lecturer Elif Zeynep Özer accompanied the students.
