 GastroArt Club hosted the Pastry Artist at IGU Faculty of Fine Arts
Figurist Chef Şule Küçük Yılmaz, who won a gold medal in the world’s most important and difficult competition, Villeroy & Boch Culinary World Cup, has provided information about her work named “Fighting Mosquito” and “Florence Nightingale” figure she prepared for “The World-Changing Women” collection.
Students in nearby schools have also shown interest to listen gold medal winning Figurist Chef. Pastry Artist Chef Şule Küçük Yılmaz, gave a talk to the students of Istanbul Gelisim University and other university students about the production of figures, and then conducted a practical figure making and made Mickey Mouse.

The workshop was carried out with the participation of Istanbul Gelisim University Faculty of Fine Arts Dean Prof. Dr. Durdu Kamuran Güçlü and following the workshop; Department Head of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Assistant Professor Dr. Emine Olum presented a plaque and Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Lecturer Assistant Professor Dr. Murat Doğan presented a certificate.
