 A new international article publication from Asst. Prof. Dr. Murat Doğan

The article of Asst. Prof. Dr. Murat Doğan from Istanbul Gelisim University (IGU) the Faculty of Fine Arts the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts was published in "Journal of Applied Food Technology".
Asst. Prof. Dr. Murat Doğan's article published in the online Journal of Applied Food Technology. In the article titled "Assessment of Probiotic Properties of Lactic Acid Bacteria from Traditional Sourdoughs for Bread-Making in Turkey against Some Gut Conditions’’, Asst. Prof. Dr. Doğan revealed probiotic bacteria evaluating probiotic properties of Lactic Acid Bacteria isolated from sour dough yeast as a result of one year experimental study.
