Important Points to Consider in the New Digital Internship Process
• The internship diary must be prepared digitally on a computer and uploaded to the system in PDF format. Handwritten or scanned documents will not be accepted.
• A minimum of one paragraph must be written for each internship day. The content should be written in an academic style, using passive voice, and avoiding first-person narration.
• The diary should be enriched with visuals such as photographs, sketches, or screenshots that reflect the work carried out. These visuals must be placed immediately after the related day’s entry.
Internship Diary Submission Process
Once all required documents are completed, the internship diary must be compiled into a single PDF file and uploaded to the OBIS system. There is no need for physical submission, printing, or binding. Internship diaries with missing or incorrect documents will not be evaluated.
How to Apply and Track the Process
The status of internship applications and diary submissions can be monitored instantly through the "Application Status" section in the OBIS system.
Advantages of the Online Internship System
Thanks to this digital transformation, students can manage their summer internship process more quickly and efficiently, while the reduction in paper usage also contributes to environmental sustainability.
